Box Office

Tickets can be purchased online or on the day of the show if tickets are available.

The Soldier Field box office is only open on event day for walk-up ticket sales. Please check the event listing for information on box office opening times as it will vary by event. Box office hours are subject to change.

Please note: Tickets for the Chicago Bears and Chicago Fire FC games are not sold by the Legends Global box office. For more information and to purchase tickets to those events, please visit www.chicagobears.com or www.chicagofirefc.com.

 

Online Ticket Purchase Information

For verified tickets, please follow the links directly provided by the artist/show and Soldier Field's website. All other websites are not verified and the box office is unable to assist with ticket issue related to third-party ticket vendors.

 

Accessible Seating

Patrons who need accessible seating can purchase their tickets online or in-person at our box office on the day of show. Accessible seating is sold on a first-come, first sold basis and is not guaranteed on the day of the event.

Patrons who have accessible seating needs for a Ticketmaster event may purchase tickets online at Ticketmaster.com, by phone through the Ticketmaster ADA sales number at 1-800-877-7575. Patrons who have accessible seating needs for an AXS event may purchase tickets online at AXS.com.

Sign Language Interpreter Requests

If you require a sign language interpreter, please contact Elizabeth Saah (esaah@soldierfield.net) to request the interpreter and discuss seating options that will allow for the best view of the interpreter. It is recommend to reach out at least 2 weeks in advance of the event to ensure that an interpreter is available. 

 

Ticketing Policies

 

There is No Rentry

Once a ticket has been scanned for entry into the venue(s), exiting and then re-entering is not permitted.

 

Will Call

Guests must show a valid ID to pick up tickets at Will Call on the day of the event.

 

Refund Policy

No refunds or exchanges will be made unless otherwise determined by the event promoter. All events are 'rain or shine' unless otherwise noted. Refund questions may be directed at the point of purchase.

 

Digital Tickets

To ensure ease of access and bypass any connectivity issues, please download your digital tickets into your Apple or Google wallet. *Note: no barcode will show on tickets saved to your wallet, but they will scan.

Do not screenshot or print your digital tickets; they will not scan.

*Ticketmaster Mobile Tickets: Download the Ticketmaster app and sign in or create a Ticketmaster account. Click the "My Events" tab at the bottom of the screen and select the event you are attending. Present the SafeTix Live Barcode on your device to be scanned, and you are in.

*AXS Mobile Tickets: Download the AXS app on your phone and create an account to purchase and access your mobile tickets.

If you have all of your tickets in your account and the other portion of your party comes at a different time, you may transfer your ticket to them. It is safe and easy.

Ticketmaster Transferring Tickets:

Both parties must have a Ticketmaster account in order for the transfer to be completed.

  • Sign into your Ticketmaster account
  • Click the "Transfer Tickets" button and select the tickets you want to transfer
  • Enter the recipient's name and email address (be sure it is the email associated with their Ticketmaster account!)
  • Click "Send"

You will receive two emails: one to confirm your tickets have been sent, and another once the tickets have been accepted by the recipient. The recipient will need to sign in to their account and accept the tickets for the transfer to be complete.

  1. Sign in to your account on AXS.com.
  2. Click on “Your Tickets” and select the event.
  3. Click “Transfer”.
  4. Select the ticket(s) you would like to transfer.
  5. Select your contact or enter the recipient’s first name, last name, and email address.
  6. Click 'Continue'
  7. Review the information and click 'Transfer'

*From the AXS App

  1. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen
  2. Select the event you would like to transfer tickets from
  3. Tap "Transfer"
  4. Enter the recipients first name, last name, and email address
  5. Tap 'Continue'
  6. Review the information and tap 'Transfer'

The recipient will receive an email to download and install the AXS App, along with a link to claim their tickets.
